I also provide social media assistance to include re-purposing content to your social media channels to keep your presence relevant and consistent. I have experience supporting bookkeeper/accounting clients to pull timecard data and populate client invoices. If you don't see the service you need, let me know. Effective Virtual Assistance, LLC works on a prepaid retainer basis. Hiring on a monthly retainer is a great way to ensure you will have the support you need, when you need it. As well, clients are able to budget funds effectively.
Retainers start at 8 hours per month minimum. Payment is due up front, in full, via credit card on the first of the month.
Overage from the previous month will be billed with the retainer payment.
The minimum billing increment is 15 minutes.
*Remember, you are not paying for down-time, lunches, benefits or equipment!
How to Get Started
Set up a time to chat to discuss your needs and I'll answer any questions you have.
Decide on an initial retainer plan. I have a brief new client agreement along with a credit card authorization form you will need to complete.
We will have a call/meeting to discuss initial tasks, communication preferences, email setup, etc.
That's it! For the first couple of months, I will keep you informed of the status of your hours on a regular basis as we learn the time it takes to complete tasks.
