PROFESSIONAL VIRTUAL BUSINESS SUPPORT
Helping clients save time, stay organized and grow since 2008
WHY HIRE A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
There never seems to be enough time in the day. When you hire me to be your virtual business assistant, a great value-add I bring to your business is time.
Effective Virtual Assistance, LLC, helps clients organize, grow and move forward. I have worked with numerous long-term, and satisfied clients, since 2008.
My goal is to build trust with my clients while learning about their business and understanding their virtual business needs. It is important for me to also understand the operational styles and preferences of each client so that I can confidently take a proactive approach to provide professional and proven virtual support to manage tasks that give my clients more time to focus on growing and developing their businesses.
Hiring a virtual assistant is a sensible and economic alternative to hiring in-house support. Many of my clients operate out of a home office so hiring virtual support simply makes sense. Who better to understand the needs of a home-based business than a virtual home-based business assistant?
So if time-consuming yet necessary tasks are taking time away from reaching your goals, generating revenue and growth, Effective Virtual Assistance, LLC, is your business solution. We excel in detail-orientation, customer service and organization.
WHAT CAN EFFECTIVE VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE DO FOR YOU?
Virtual Business Support to meet YOUR needs
You can be assured that attention to detail and organization will be part of every task that I handle for you. I offer general administrative business support that covers a variety of areas that most small businesses manage at some level. I also provide social media assistance to include re-purposing content to your social media channels to keep your presence relevant and consistent. I have experience supporting bookkeeper/accounting clients to pull timecard data and populate client invoices. If you don't see the service you need, let me know. I add new services specific to client needs all the time, and I am a quick learner.

Effective Virtual Assistance, LLC works on a prepaid retainer basis. Hiring on a monthly retainer is a great way to ensure you will have the support you need, when you need it. As well, clients are able to budget funds effectively.
Retainers start at 8 hours per month minimum. Payment is due up front, in full, via credit card on the first of the month.
Overage from the previous month will be billed with the retainer payment.
The minimum billing increment is 15 minutes.
*Remember, you are not paying for down-time, lunches, benefits or equipment!
How to Get Started
Set up a time to chat to discuss your needs and I'll answer any questions you have.
Decide on an initial retainer plan. I have a brief new client agreement along with a credit card authorization form you will need to complete.
We will have a call/meeting to discuss initial tasks, communication preferences, email setup, etc.
That's it! For the first couple of months, I will keep you informed of the status of your hours on a regular basis as we learn the time it takes to complete tasks.
My goal is to build trust and long-lasting business relationships with my clients. When you hire an experienced, professional virtual assistant, you will gain more time to focus on growing your business as well as revenue generating tasks.
